Harrington Trails Grand Opening Winner's

Harrington Trails recently celebrated the Grand Opening of this new Splendora community. 

A VIP Realtor event was held on Wednesday, April 14th. Agents enjoyed a fabulous progressive lunch through the new furnished model homes by Express Homes, Rausch Coleman Homes, and CastleRock Communities. Each agent who toured the model home was entered into a drawing for one of three $500 American Express gift cards. The winning agents are Adam Olsen with The Adam Olsen Team, Koshy Oommen with Keller Williams Realty Professionals, and Rosemarie Torti with Coldwell Banker Realty - The Woodlands. Congratulations to the winning Realtors and thank you to all that stopped by and toured the beautiful new community of Harrington Trails!

The public Grand Opening Celebration was held Saturday, April 17. Visitors enjoyed free food from The Waffle Bus food truck while listening to live music by the Cool Water Band. Each of the model homes, CastleRock Communities, Express Homes, and Rausch Coleman Homes offered a chance to win the $1,000 American Express gift card. The winner from the public event is Lynda Courtney. 

Lynda Courtney, her husband, James Courtney, and daughter, Tessa Courtney are pictured below with Linda and Sam (Sales Counselors) with Express Homes. The Courtney's have purchased their future home with Express Homes in Harrington Trails and will be moving to the community in August. The family considered purchasing a resale homes, but soon realized that building a new home would give them everything they had been wanting. They are super excited about the on-site elementary school that their daughter, Tessa, will attend next year. The amenities were another big selling point for their family. Congratulations to the Courtney family!
