Splendora High School Band Progresses To Regionals

The band plays on! The Splendora High School band advances to the UIL Area Marching Contest following a unanimous division 1 rating at this year’s UIL Region Marching Contest. The band will head to Lindale, TX on Dec. 5 after earning the highest rating a marching band can receive at the regional level.
The judges had lots of positive feedback for the band and the band directors are proud of all of the participants who have worked hard during these unprecedented times.
The upcoming area contest will be based off a point system in which the top bands will qualify for UIL State Marching Band Championships.
