Lowe’s Co. Inc. Will Open Distribution Center In New Caney

Lowe’s Co. Inc. has chosen New Caney as the location for their new distribution center opening in July. The center will be a part of the East Montgomery County Improvement District’s industrial park off Gene Campell Road between FM 1314 and FM 1485.
The new 1.5 million-square-foot center is expected to provide 200 jobs in the community. In addition to jobs, this $65 million investment provides an expected boost for local schools and emergency services.
